According to Organic Law 15/1999 dated 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), Ares Council states that the request for your personal details is used solely for the purpose of processing your request for information, as well as offering you an improved customer care service. These will only contain the fields essential for providing the service required by the user.

All personal details will be treated with the adequate degree of protection required by Royal Decree 994/1999 dated 11 June, and the necessary security measures will be taken to prevent their alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorised access by third parties, who could use them for different purposes than those requested by the user.
